1. Centralized lubrication system:

XDE260 is equipped with a fully automatic centralized lubrication system to fully lubricate the hinge points of the key moving parts of the vehicle, save vehicle maintenance time, improve vehicle maintenance quality, and reduce vehicle maintenance work intensity. The automatic lubrication system has programmable control of pressure detection, alarm and lubrication interval.

2. Engine:

Two powertrains available: MTU and Cummins. Among them, the MTU16V4000 engine does not reduce its power at an altitude of 5,500 meters, and the Cummins engine QSK60 does not reduce its power at an altitude of 1,829 meters. It can meet the emission requirements of China's non-road third-stage and U.S.EPA Tier2 stage, with reliable performance and strong power.

3. Long-life frame design:

The frame adopts advanced computer-aided design, finite element analysis methods and combined with dynamic testing and verification in full working conditions, ensuring the structural strength and reliability of the frame's high load bearing. The frame adopts box-shaped cross-section design, high-strength high-quality alloy steel plate, with excellent fatigue resistance, low-temperature impact toughness and welding performance. It uses 16 cast steel parts and 2 forgings in key high-stress areas, with an expected working life of more than 90,000h.
